Appetizers:

Tamale Combo: Tamale Casserole – large tamale, pulled pork, spicy tomatillo sauce, topped with Mexican style chili, cheese & sour cream & Uchepos Gratinados – tamale, Jack cheese, poblano sauce, sour cream, onions & cilantro

Ceviche- Mahi-Mahi & fresh shrimp in freshly squeezed lime juice, combined with tomato, onion, jalapeno and cilantro. Served with crispy corn tortilla chips

Chicken Tinga Tostadas- two tostadas topped with mildly spiced chicken tinga, avocado, crema, cotija cheese & cilantro

Tacos Escuinapas- shrimp, tomato, onion, and jalapeno fill these crispy taquitos served w/ a tangy roasted tomato sauce & crunchy pickled cabbage & onion.

Entrees:

Carne Asada- filet tail, cooked to order, ancho-mushroom sauce, smashed red potatoes, green onions, roasted veggies, side of tortillas.

Cochinita Pibil- pork shoulder, achiote rub, side of Mexican rice & refried black beans, pickled red onions, orange-habanero salsa; tortillas.

Combo Taco Plate- beef birria and al pastor topped with cilantro, onion and served with tomato-chipotle rice, refried beans, salsa, and tortillas.

Combo Chilaquiles- corn tortilla chips, Jack cheese, ½ shrimp and poblano cream sauce and ½ tomato-chipotle sauce with chicken. Served with refried black beans.  

Desserts:

Coconut Banana Cream Pie- flaky crust, homemade custard, sliced bananas, whipped cream, toasted coconut flakes

Yucatan Style Coconut Pie- fresh grated coconut baked w/ a homemade coconut caramel made from the juice of fresh coconuts. Topped w/ a homemade creme fraiche.

Lime Chess Pie- a lime custard filled pie, served with a sweet creme fraiche and drizzled with a strawberry sauce.
