Join us the first Tuesday of every month for Tapas Tuesday.

Tapas is a Spanish way of eating where everything is shared at the table, I like to start with some cold items and then go into the hot ones. You would probably average 2-4 dishes per person, the more people you bring the more stuff you get to try!!! Enjoy, Chuck!

COLD TAPAS

Ensalada de Salpicon – slow smoked beef brisket, shredded and tossed with a spicy salsa of tomato, onion, cilantro and habanero chiles. Served in a tortilla cup on a bed of greens with a lime cilantro vinaigrette. 6.50

Remoulade Salad – fresh romaine, tomato, green peppers & green onions, topped with fried shrimp and drizzled with our homemade remoulade sauce. 6.95

Roasted Root Vegetable Salad— baby greens, roasted root vegetables (beets, parsnips, turnips, carrots) red onions, Pecans, and Danish blue cheese topped with a white balsamic vinaigrette. 5.95

Super Caesar Salad– a spicier version of our Caesar salad with black beans, pico de gallo, grilled red onion, tortilla strips and parmesan cheese. 4.99

Cajun BBQ Shrimp–Juicy shrimp sautéed in a Cajun butter sauce with garlic and green onions. Comes with French bread for soppin’. 6.95

Spicy Chuck’s Special Sliders –2 sliders made with beef brisket, roasted jalapeno, onion, and jack cheese all melted together and served with a side of au jus. 6.95

Chile Anaheim Relleno – a fresh roasted Anaheim chile filled with creamy goat cheese and fresh Mexican herbs served with a tangy roasted tomato salsa. 4.95

Chile Ancho Relleno – a plump ancho chile stuffed with a combination of crispy fried potatoes and chorizo, topped with a sweet and sour ‘escabeche’, a lightly pickled mixture of crunchy vegetables. 7.50

Pollo Pibil– smoked chicken rubbed with an achiote rub (special Mexican seasoning) then we slow smoke it until it is really tender and serve it topped with its own natural juices. w/ tortillas a side of our orange-habanera salsa. 5.95

Cazuela De Hongos—wild mushrooms in a red ancho chile sauce topped with a toasted thinly sliced pasilla chile and epazote (a Mexican herb). Served with corn tortillas. 8.99
