Curried Chicken ala Paul Prudhomme – grilled chicken breast in a spicy coconut-curry sauce with fruits and nuts.  Served over rice pilaf with a side of green beans. 13.99   Unusual but very very good!!!

Wed. 10/4  Shrimp Enchiladas – flour tortillas filled with grilled shrimp, roasted peppers, onions, and Chihuahua cheese.  Topped with poblano cream sauce, onions, cilantro and sour cream.  Served with sides of tomato chipotle rice and refried beans. 15.99

Thurs. 10/5  Kentucky Burgoo Pot Pie – lamb, pork and chicken are the key ingredients in the classic hunters stew baked with a cornbread crust. 13.99

Thurs. 10/12  Irish Lamb Stew – my mom always made hers with a tomato sauce gravy, with carrots, celery, peas and potatoes and I love it.  Served over a bed of potato dumplings. 15.99

Sun. 10/15  Pork Loin with Peppercorn Gravy – slow cooked pork loin with Andouille sausage cornbread stuffing, garlic mashed potatoes, Cajun greens and our peppercorn gravy. 13.99

Smoked Corned Beef Dinner – people say it’s the best they have ever eaten.  We smoke our corned beef instead of boiling it so the flavor stays in the meat not the water.  Sliced and served with boiled red potatoes, carrots, and braised cabbage.  Served with rye bread and your choice of regular mustard, Dijon, or horseradish. 19.99

Thurs. 10/19  Cajun Gnocchi au Gratin –  potato gnocchi (dumplings) topped with a spicy New Orleans cream sauce and fresh parmesan cheese.  Baked until golden brown.  Served broccoli and garlic bread. 12.99

Fri. 10/20  Cajun Smoked Stuffed Trout – a fresh Rainbow trout stuffed with crawfish, crab, and andouille sausage cornbread stuffing, slow smoked then served on a bed of Cajun seafood cream sauce. Served with rice pilaf and steamed broccoli. 17.99

Tues. 10/24  Tamale Casserole – large pork tamale cooked in banana leaves, topped with our Mexican style chili, cheese and sour cream.  Served with rice and refried beans. 11.99

Wed. 10/25  Cajun Italian Beef Sandwich – slow roasted beef in a natural spicy Italian/Cajun au jus on French bread.  Served with choice of sweet peppers or homemade hot pepper relish.  Reg 9.99 | Dlx 12.99

Thurs. 10/26  Chicken Pot Pie – tender chunks of chicken and fresh vegetables simmered in a creamy pot pie filling served in a light, flaky puff pastry crust. 13.99

Fri. 10/27  Honey-Chipotle Smoked Duck – slow smoked 1/2 duckling finished with a honey-chipotle BBQ glaze.  Served with steamed broccoli and baked beans. 17.99   1/4 duck 14.99

Soup: Wild Mushroom Tortilla – spicy broth with wild mushrooms.  topped with onions, cilantro, sour cream, and tortilla strips

Sat. 10/28  Chiles en Nogada – this classic holiday dish is one of the best we have to offer!  Two roasted poblano chiles stuffed with picadillo, a savory meat filling with sweet spices and dried fruit, smothered in a fresh walnut sauce and garnished with pomegranate seeds. Served with tomato chipotle rice. Try this one it is really good! 14.99
