Meet and Greet Course – Smoked Andouille Sausage bites on a mini pretzel bun with creole mustard, grilled onions, red peppers and Swiss cheese.
Paired with Bell’s Lager of the Lakes.
Soup Course – Borracho Bean Soup – Spicy bean soup with smoked bacon, jalapeno, tomato, garlic, and Bell’s beer.
Paired with Bell’s Two Hearted IPA.
Appetizer Course – Enchiladas De Quatro Quesos – Flour tortillas filled with ricotta, goat cheese, queso fresco, and queso anejo cheeses spiked with fresh Mexican herbs, topped with a spicy Pasilla chile sauce.
Paired with Bell’s Titania American Pale Wheat Ale.
Main Course – Carving Station to feature Prime Rib, Rack Of Lamb, & Pork Crown. Sides of Smashed Red Potato Colcannon, Au Poivre (peppercorn sauce), Mole, and Roasted Vegetables.
Paired with Bell’s Amber.
Dessert Course – Chocolate Custard Parfait with Spiced Cherry Compote, Malted Walnut Crumble, Kalamazoo Stout Ice Cream.
